Travelling in the Karakoram Mountains is an amazing experience, but trekking to Concordia is a lifetime endeavour. Baltoro is also home to four 8,000-meter peaks: K-2 (8,611m) (Mountain of Mountains), Broad Peak (8,047m), Gasherbrum I (8,068m), and Gasherbrum II (8,068m) (8,035m). The hike is situated in the midst of the formidable Karakoram and provides a breathtaking vista of snow-capped mountains. Concordia was characterised by Galen Rowell as the “throne room of the mountain gods.” We have allocated a free day at Concordia for you to explore the hidden beauty of these panoramic peaks, or if you are physically fit, you can use the same day to visit K-2 Base Camp.
